Floor-plan room for general metal preparation, cutting, shaping, bench work, and cold fabrication.

- Clarify the boundary between Metal Working, Metal Arts, and Forge Welding and Kiln.
- List which operations are allowed in this room versus steward-supervised elsewhere.
- Document PPE, ventilation, spark control, and scrap handling before opening public procedures.
