Create a Page

Use these form starters when you know what kind of page you are making. The forms ask for the useful fields first and leave a free-text section for local detail.

People

Opt-in skills, projects, social links, GitHub, published work, and how-to links.
Create a person page

Rooms

Access notes, steward, equipment, training, supplies, and room guide.
Create a room

Equipment

ID, model, training, photos, manuals, videos, maintenance, materials, and FAQ links.

Task

Owner, type, priority, review target, blockers, next action, and done-means checklist.

Good Defaults

• Put member builds under Projects/, not the MediaWiki Project: namespace.
• Give equipment persistent IDs such as CS-EQ-0006 so QR codes survive room moves.
• Use "Review" when the page is useful but not yet official.
• Do not publish private contact details, access codes, credentials, incident records, or unapproved machine procedures.
