P-0001: One-Room Pilot
Proposal
Pilot the new structure in one room with three equipment records, one training route, and one real steward review process.
Why
A narrow pilot is easier for volunteers to maintain and gives the wiki team real feedback before broad migration.
Success Criteria
- A new member can find what to do first.
- A steward can update a record through a form.
- A QR label stays valid.
- A safety page can be marked as reviewed without publishing secrets.
